High-school thesis

This project is related to my school's 12th-grade diploma work to get a specialized diploma in computer science. It was my first real project in machine learning.

Using deep neural networks to locate transcription factors in genomes. Given a sequence of 1000 nucleobases predict whether or not a transcription factor will bind in this sequence. It is trained on FOX transcription factors and a model trained on real data is available online.
